Dr. Yan Liu劉焱博士
劉焱，會計學博士，上海大學悉尼工商學院財會系副教授，碩士生導師，英屬哥倫比亞大學、悉尼科技大學、芬蘭奧盧大學短期訪問學者。
學術方面，她是中國建設會計學會理事，全國百篇優秀案例評審專家，主持或參與國家級、省部級項目10余項、發表SSCI、CSSCI檢索學術論文20余篇美國mba課程，參加中國注冊會計師協會核心教師英國、新加坡等培訓項目。
她還是上市公司獨立董事，曾做過普華永道、畢馬威、武漢十五冶集團、浪潮科技、上海市浦東區稅務局、上海市崇明區稅務局等企業和政府部門的財務相關培訓。
主要擅長課程：企業會計準則類相關課程、財務分析類相關課程、非財類相關課程。
