Conditions:
Awarded to student(s) on Study Permit(s) with superior academic achievement entering the first year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta from a high school in Canada. Selection based on academic standing, leadership qualities as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular and community activities, and a counselor's letter of recommendation. Renewal of funding for the second, third, and fourth years is contingent upon achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a full normal course load at the University of Alberta, while studying on a Study Permit. Transfer students are not eligible for this scholarship.

Apply online through the International Major Scholarships Bear Tracks under Undergraduate Awards.
The deadline to apply and for UAlberta to receive all supporting information—including references and transcripts—is 11:59 pm MST December 15, 2016.
