哈佛電子與計算機系不大，大約有30位教授。除了電子與計算機系，哈佛還新建了IACS。上述兩個學院，前者主要招收博士項目的學生，后者則主要是碩士項目。
若TOEFL口語成績在23到25之間，則IELTS成績須在7到7.75分之間，
若TOEFL口語成績在22分及以下，則IELTS成績在6.5分及以下。
(2)未設定有最低GPA分數(shù)要求，一般情況下建議不低于3.0分
(3)工程與應用科學學院不強制學生遞交GRE Sub.，如有則更受歡迎;本碩連讀項目建議遞交GRE成績
哈佛大學工程與應用科學學院計算機科學(Computer Science)專業(yè)通過哈佛文理研究生院申請并統(tǒng)一管理，要求申請者遞交GRE成績，但并無最低GRE分數(shù)要求。該項目設有BA/MS、PhD兩個項目。所有PhD學生均可以獲得全額獎學金，但不向碩士學生發(fā)放獎學金。
