一、斯坦福大學機械工程碩士介紹
斯坦福大學碩士項目中，機械工程(ME)專業開設了一個general的學位Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering(MSME)和兩個專門的學位Master of Science in Engineering: Product Design和 Master of Science in Engineering: Biomechanical Engineering。
專業項目開設的方向和分支非常廣泛，碩士課程要求是45學分，一般分5個學期完成(斯坦福一年三學期制，暑假自己找實習)。

三、斯坦福大學機械工程碩士申請要求
斯坦福的MS項目需要申請者具有本科學士學位并擁有工程學、物理等專業背景。
申請碩士TOEFL不低于100分，建議110左右，無單項要求，不接受IELTS成績，需要有GRE成績。
對于讀碩士的學生多數進入了industry或繼續攻讀博士，進入industry的起始平均薪水為77319美元，持有MS學位的校友的工作職位的就業率極高。
