? 專業(yè)背景要求
該項(xiàng)目設(shè)置在工學(xué)院IEOR 下面， 要求申請(qǐng)者下列背景：engineering, mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, finance, or other similar quantitative fields.

數(shù)學(xué)背景+計(jì)算機(jī)編程背景
All applicants to all our graduate programs should have a solid foundation in mathematics, including multivariate calculus, linear algebra (MATH V2010 or its equivalent) and probability and statistics (IEOR E3658 & IEOR E4307, IEOR E4150 or their equivalent). Some programming proficiency is desirable, such as Python, R, etc.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or science 要求學(xué)生是理工背景

Required Math
? Calculus I
? Calculus II
? Calculus III, or Statistics, or other Math course beyond Calculus II
Required Technical
? A minimum of two courses in engineering, computer science, mathematical science, or physical science; more preferred.
工業(yè)工程/工程管理/運(yùn)籌等專業(yè)一般截止日在一月份中旬，早一點(diǎn)的可能會(huì)12月初截止，那么建議申請(qǐng)者至少提前半個(gè)月之前把GT成績考出來。
軟性背景方面：首先從課程方面來說，除基礎(chǔ)課程數(shù)學(xué)，統(tǒng)計(jì)，工科類課程等之外，建議補(bǔ)充一些計(jì)算機(jī)編程方面的課程。
其次，可以多參加一些科研活動(dòng)，或者相關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷來豐富個(gè)人背景
