Step 1 Check your eligibility
Before you can apply for a postgraduate coursework degree, you need to already hold or be about to complete a Bachelor Degree。
?? Some programs require you to demonstrate a certain academic average, such as a credit or distinction average。
All students, whether domestic or international, must meet the minimum English language requirements for admission。

Your first step is to check the program requirements via the Programs & Courses website。
English language requirements
Successful performance in a single acceptable English language test taken within two years from the date of application will meet English language requirements。

Results from multiple tests cannot be combined to meet requirements。
ANU recognises a number of English language tests as meeting the University's English language requirements。

Step 2 Apply
You will need to submit your application directly to the ANU。
?? Find the program you want to study in the Program & Courses website, then click the Apply button to access the application portal。
??
Applications usually take between 4 - 6 weeks to assess。
You can list more than one preference during your application, however you may only be made one offer。
?? This offer will be the highest preference that you list, as long as you're eligible。 So when you submit your application, remember to list your programs in the order in which you would like to receive an offer。

Already completed your Bachelor Degree?
When you apply, you will need to upload clear, colour copies of your academic transcripts, graduation certificates, and proof of English Language proficiency。
?? There is no need to certify your documents, however they must be original copies。 ANU independently verifies the authenticity of your qualifications。
??
Still completing your Bachelor Degree?
You can still apply before you complete your Bachelor degree if you are in your final year, and you must advise our office in your application。
?? You will need to provide a clear, colour copy of your most recent academic transcript for assessment。

Step 3 Receive an offer
Applications to the University are assessed on an ongoing basis。 The ANU will contact you about the result of your application as soon as possible。
?? Applications generally take between 4-6 weeks to assess。
All offers are issued to your email address so it is important that you provide an email address in your application that you check regularly and you can easily access。
